Using Exercise to Improve Fertility Naturally

Using exercise to overcome fertility is a common suggestion from an infertility doctor. Exercising not only gives you increased energy, studies show it is thought to increase naturally occurring fertility hormones. There are so many benefits to joining a gym there is no reason not to take advantage of beginning of the year offers.

First, going to the gym regularly will make you feel better and give you more energy. Remember, creating a healthy body is creating a healthy place for your child to grow. Not only will you get in better shape for your own benefit, your body will be more ready to handle a baby when the time comes. Take a look at your diet and increase your intake of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water.

Second, a trip to the gym serves as an excellent outlet for stress relief. Reducing your stress can play a role in your infertility. Stress is not conducive to contraception and can definitely have a negative affect on your fertility.

Lastly, exercise can be a great way to reconnect with your spouse. At times the stress of daily life along with infertility problems can become overwhelming. Spending time with your spouse at the gym is a great way to get your exercise in and spend time with your significant other at the same time.
